Your ID can use a mix of English letters and numbers and must be at least 6 characters. Your password must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers, and must be 8 characters or longer. Do not use personal details that identify you (such as your birthday digits) in your password.
To open an account you will need a Myanmar phone number or contact detail, an ID you can remember, and a strong password. The account must be opened by the account owner and you must be 21+. If the process is incomplete, you may have trouble logging in or making deposits.

How to Withdraw
jjj3d processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no restrictions for office hours or non-working days — once your request is approved, the transfer is completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
Withdrawals normally complete within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If it has been over 2 hours, first check that your network connection is working, then check that your account has enough balance and that all required details are complete. If the problem continues, contact us via Live Chat and we will look into it right away.
jjj3d requires that the payment wallet used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered account holder. If the names do not match, the transfer may fail and cause issues. Please contact our support team in advance with proof of wallet ownership.
The minimum withdrawal amount at jjj3d is 30,000 Ks. This applies to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and all bank transfers. If your balance does not meet this amount, you cannot withdraw — keep playing until it does.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement. For example — if you receive a 150% welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw. Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 30,000 Ks → balance 50,000 Ks → wagering 30,000 × 10 = 300,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.
VIP Membership
jjj3d has 5 VIP levels — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), Diamond (up to 0.8%). Cashback is based on the player's weekly play and is added as a bonus every Monday.
On top of weekly cashback, VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing, dedicated priority Live Chat support, and access to exclusive promotions. The higher your level, the greater the rewards.
VIP level progression considers both your play duration and total bet amount. Players who play regularly each week will have their level adjusted based on their wagering volume. When you move up a level, you will be notified via Email or Live Chat.

Once a match ends, jjj3d settles results based on the official match outcome. If a match is cancelled or stopped before 90 minutes are completed, it is handled according to the betting policy and stakes are returned to the player's account. For any disputed cases, you can contact the support team.
An Accumulator (also known locally as a "Parlay") is a bet that combines more than one match — all selections must win for the payout to be awarded, but the potential return is much higher. jjj3d's football section supports this bet type, and the maximum number of selections may vary depending on the matches available.
